About “The Birdhouse”
The Birdhouse is a membership based indoor golf practice and performance facility located in Virginia Beach; one location in the Oceana area and another in the Bayville area.
The facilities are fully powered by Trackman and have two bays. Memberships will be limited to about 100 full members, however associate memberships will also be offered; information on rates and membership structure can be found below. Members will be able to reserve hours online one week in advance and will have keycard access to the facility.

Membership Options
Tour Membership: $280 per month
Tour members will have 16 bay reservation hours per month
Full Membership: $200 per month
Full members will have 8 bay reservation hours per month
Associate Membership: $120 per month
Associate members will have 4 bay reservation hours per month
If members use all of their monthly hours before the end of the month they do have the option to purchase additional reservation hours for $30 up to two days in advance.
*All membership rates will be discounted 10% for medical employees, first responders, military, and educators

How it works
Once you become a member you will be given a key fob to get into the facility and an account will be created with Your Golf Booking (YGB). YGB is where members will reserve bay hours up to 7 days in advance, members may hold up to two hours at a time . During your reserved bay time you can practice on Trackman using the range features, play over 300+ courses, or utilize any other features offered through Trackman. Members are permitted to bring up to one guest at a time, free of charge, if desired. Reservation hours do not carry over from month to month.
All terms & conditions will be discussed at the time of sign up. Memberships are a commitment of 3 months, then will be on a month to month basis.
Members and their guests may enjoy complimentary water and coffee. Each bay includes Pro V1 golf balls, a tripod, alignment sticks, and training aids.
Golf lessons with Bryce will be discounted from $140/hr to $80/hr for members. Lessons do not count as one of the members reservation hours.

The Birdhouse is fully powered by Trackman technology, the number one launch monitor in golf.
Practice on Trackman range to dial in your swing and numbers. Every shot hit on Trackman records 40 data points including club speed, ball speed, carry yardage, total yardage, club path, face angle, attack angle, and much more.
Play over 300 courses provided by Trackman with life like physics and ball reactions. You can play courses such as Pebble Beach, St. Andrews, Quail Hollow, and many other courses/PGA tour venues. It typically takes about 45 minutes to play 18 holes as a single.
